We are Shaun & Julie, Mother and Son duo and Owners of Avelo Care. We feel extremely fortunate to support so many local people in the comfort of their own home, with their everyday care and support needs. A welcoming, personalised, and genuinely caring approach is something we pride ourselves on, and we believe these core values have helped make Avelo the reputable and dependable homecare provider it is today.
We play an active role in the day to day running of the service, so we know all About our clients and they know us. We have a close working relationship with all members of the Avelo Team and we are there to guide, support, mentor and motivate our team to deliver our values each and every day.
Whilst we have never had lofty ambitions to be the biggest provider in East Kent, we have always had the drive and determination to be highest quality and most reputable. In 2023 Avelo achieved one of the highest CQC ratings possible and we also won a regional homecare award based in both 2023 and 2024 for client satisfaction and feedback. Celebrating these achievements has certainly been a highlight in our journey to date, but we still have so much more we want to achieve as a team.
We are incredibly proud of what Avelo stands for and the trust placed in us and our team to look after some of the most vulnerable in our local community.
